Below are some testimonials from Clients we have worked with in the past.

Spectrum Comms extensive experience in stakeholder management for authority and government bodies lead to their selection as part of the delivery team for the Hunter Water major project known as the Chichester Trunk Gravity Main (CTGM). This critical infrastructure project involves replacement of a nearly century-old water delivery asset which services almost 40% of water demand in the Newcastle area.Spectrum Comms management of unique stakeholders in such a rural setting was both well considered and beyond reproach. Both Client and stakeholder alike warmed quickly to the ‘familiar face’ established by Spectrum Comms. The professionalism and experience displayed are yet another example of Spectrum Comms contributing to a successful team. Thank you Spectrum Comms.
— Jason Moule, Downer, Chichester Trunk Gravity Main Replacement Project
Angela and Melissa joined the NLR team before the start of major construction works. Their hard work and dedication combined with extensive experience in stakeholder management and business activation quickly established them as invaluable members of the NLR team.

The attitude and professionalism displayed by both Angela and Melissa towards stakeholders, authorities and Clients alike for the duration of quite a challenging infrastructure project has ensured their voices are listened to and not just heard. The ultimate success of the NLR infrastructure project is in no small part due to the positivity and willingness of each team member to help, Angela and Melissa embodied these attributes.

The NLR infrastructure team thanks Angela and Melissa, as without their skills, experience and attitude the outcomes in stakeholder management and business activation might have lead to dramatically different outcomes.
— Jason Moule, Downer EDI, Newcastle Light Rail Project
Community engagement carried out across the program, including that for Newcastle Light Rail, showed unity between Government departments and contractors toward a single goal and the true success of the program was the ability to work so collaboratively to create a seamless outcome for the community.
— Michael Cassel, Hunter Central Coast Development Corporation
Moree Plains Shire Council was blown away by Spectrum Comms and their professional, innovative and can-do approach towards our Shire-wide community engagement project to develop the Moree Plains Community Strategic Plan and supporting strategic planning documents. Spectrum’s extensive knowledge of the NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework and their effective facilitation and document production skills were a fantastic asset to have on the project. The engagement methods undertaken by Spectrum Comms were well-tailored to a rural area and we were easily able to adopt a flexible approach in the face of COVID-19.

Spectrum was always available to assist, provide advice and produce quality work in a tight timeframe. Their on-the-job coaching advice has helped build the skills of the Moree Council team and Spectrum Comms are highly respected by staff, Councillors and community alike.

Moree Plains Shire Council would gladly work with the Spectrum Comms team again.
— Victoria Dawson, Moree Plains Shire Council
I love working with the Spectrum team. They are professional, reliable and efficient. Most importantly, they are great at their job and I can always trust the work will be delivered on time and exceeds expectations. I would highly recommend this team of exceptional people.
— Stephanie Bashir, Nexa Advisory
Amazing. Mel is on the ball, diligent, practical and approachable. No job is ever too big. I remember calling Mel one day and commending her phone manner. Even if I was calling her with a problem, she said she’s a glass half full girl and that has stuck with me.

All Mel’s work was great, however two great initiatives stood out. One was getting positive engagement for our community art project at East Hills. The second was our experience donating trees to Yagoona Public School and helping the children plant these, as organised by Mel. It was an amazing outcome for the project and a great day for all involved.
— Lauren Bacigalupo, Transport for NSW
Spectrum comms knew the community in which we are working and had put in the effort to engage positively with the community on our behalf.

The team members of Spectrum are professional in the way in which they undertake this vital work scope for every major project and did so by making it a positive experience for the project team and the broader community that we were engaging with.

Spectrum are aligned to our values and worked as part of our team seamlessly.
